The culinary in the salt pans - final appointment

 

You are cordially invited on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., in the Infocenter of the Maritime Museum exhibition center in Monfort, to the final event of the project "The culinary in the salt pan".

The event is organized within the Days of European Cultural Heritage. As part of the event, there will also be a presentation of the book "Words and Tastes from Istrian Cuisine" by dr. Suzana Todorović.

6.30 p.m. Presentation of the project

The group "La Famea dei salineri" will present the food we presented this year as part of the Salt Cuisine project.

A representative of the youth association of the Self-governing Community of Italian nationality will show videos and photographs from the events of the project.

 

6.45 p.m. Presentation of the book Words and flavors from Istrian cuisine of dr. Suzana Todorović

The book will be presented by the author doc. dr. Suzana Todorović and editor Ingrid Celestina from the bookstore and publishing house Libris.

 

 

Closing with a banquet and presentation of the continuation of the project.
