An evening dedicated to the traditional batana boat

On Wednesday, 10 April 2024, at 18:30 hrs, you are kindly invited to join us at the Infocentre of the Monfort Exhibition Centre Portorož, Obala 8, for an evening dedicated to the batana boat with the presentation of a documentary film and a book.

 

The evening is organized by: the "Giuseppe Tartini" Community of Italians Piran, the Self-governing Community of Italian Nationals Piran, the Italian »Carlo Combi" Centre Koper in cooperation with the Society for Historical and Geographical Studies Piran and the Maritime Museum Piran.

The documentary film was made in cooperation with the "Carlo Combi" Centre Koper and the Association of the sea and cultural heritage "Savudrian batana - Batana salvorina" lovers (2023).
