Second event of the Saltworks culinary project


You are cordially invited on Wednesday 21st July 2021 at 6.00 pm to the Museum of salt-making in the Sečovlje – Fontanigge Salt Pans Natural Park for the second appointment of the project "The kitchen in the salt pans" which will be dedicated to "polenta".

 

We will present the preparation of "polenta" as our mothers and grandmothers cooked it. 

 

Do you remember the name of the container in which the polenta was cooked?

Do you have an old pot for making polenta at home? Bring it with you!

 

We look forward to sharing our tradition with you at the Museum of salt-making. Welcome!

Presentation of the publication Women revive the tradition of Venetian rowing in Piran, of the author Amalia Petronio.
Organized transport, which will take you from the entrance of the Sečovlje salt pans Natural Park to the Museum of salt-making.
