Part of the neck with rim and two partially preserved handles of an African amphora of the Keay 25 – Africana III B type.
The rim of the amphora is folded outward and is slightly thickened. A resin lining is preserved on the inner and outer surfaces of the rim and beneath the edge. The surface colour is reddish yellow. At the point where they join the neck, the handles are oval in cross-section. The surface is rough, hard, and slightly dusty.
