Inv. no. PI-B 346 and PI-B 343: Fragments of ceramic amphora lids

Inv. no. PI-B 346 (on the left): Fragment of a lid with a flat base, the button is low and not prominent.

The texture is soft, with medium-density inclusions: small dark particles up to 1 mm, reddish ceramic material particles up to 3.4 mm.

The surface is smooth.

Colour: 2.5Y 8/3, pale yellow.

Dimensions: 6.67 cm wide; thickness: 1.1-1.3 cm; weight: 51 g.

Inv. no. PI-B 343 (on the right): Fragment of an amphora lid. It has a flat base, and on top is a button shaped with deeper impressions of fingerprints.

The texture is hard, with medium-density inclusions: mica, dark gray particles up to 1.3 mm, and reddish ceramic material particles sized 0.3-1 mm.

The surface is smooth.

Colour: 10YR 7/4, very pale brown.

Dimensions: 6.7 cm wide; thickness: 1.3 cm; projection approximately 9 cm; weight: 108 g.
