Olive picking at Tona's House

The Maritime Museum Piran invites you to take part in olive harvesting and to visit the Ethnological Collection "Tona’s House" at the same time.

Join us and try out the methods that were widespread in the distant past but still known today. During this time, you will be able to visit the ethnological collection of Tona's House free of charge. There you will learn more about olive oil production and the way of life in rural areas of Slovenian Istria in the past.
 

The attendees will be offered Istrian minestrone soup with homemade bread and dessert. Olive oil and olive products will also be for sale.
