Prešeren Day - Slovenian culture holiday in the Maritime Museum, Piran

We invite you to spend Saturday, 8 February 2025 at the Maritime Museum in Piran!

 

On the occasion of the Slovenian Cultural holiday, it will be possible to visit the permanent exhibitions and the temporary "Slovenian ships 6 & 11" free of charge.

 

At 11 a.m., you are invited to attend a guided tour of the exhibition "The Slovenian Ships 6&11" and the workshop "Maritime signal flags", where we will learn about the flags of the International Code of Signals, used for communication at sea. The guided tour will be led by the author of the exhibition, Duška Žitko.

 

 

You can visit the Maritime Museum "Sergej Mašera" Piran from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m.
