The Renovation of the Galeb Sailing Boat, A Challenge for Shipwrights
On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Maritime Museum »Sergej Mašera« in Piran, we kindly invite you to the lecture of the shipwrights Odilo Simonit and Federico Lenardon, who together with Paolo Skabar and Mario Mallardi renovated the Galeb sailing boat at the Alto Adriatico Custom shipyard in Monfalcone (Tržič).
The vast photographic and video documentation of the different phases of the renovation will also be presented. The lecture will be held in Italian while a summary in Slovene will be provided.
The lecture will take place on Wednesday, 6th march 2024, at 6.00 pm, at Infocenter Monfort (Obala 8, Portorož).
