On Friday, 13 October 2023 at 11 a.m., a presentation of two books will take place in the Monfort Exhibition Center (Infocenter), a former salt warehouse, Obala 8, Portorož:

The personality, work and significance of Dr Miroslav Pahor (1922–1981), historian, museologist and long-time director of the Maritime Museum Piran 
will be presented by the editors of the publications Dr Nadja Terčon (Piran Maritime Museum) and Dr Aleksander Panjek (Faculty of Humanities Koper). 

 

Both works have been published by the Publishing House of the University of Primorska.

 

The presentation is organized by the Maritime Museum Piran and the Faculty of Humanities Koper, University of Primorska, Department of History.
