The culinary in the salt pans - second event

You are cordially invited on Wednesday 15th June 2022 at 6.00 pm to the Museum of salt-making in the Sečovlje Salt Pans Natural Park for the second appointment of the project The culinary in the salt pans.

18.00 The train from the entrance of the Sečovlje Salina Natural Park, Fontanigge to the Museum of Salt-making.

Creative workshops for children

Presentation of the preparation of bread 

 

Presentation of the book Rowing between Venice and the waterways of Northern Italy.

A practical guide, a logbook that tells a captivating all-female story: 10 years of rowing trips made by the members of Canottieri Giudecca. The book will be presented by the authors Luana Castelli, Orietta Bellemo and Monika Hegglin.

 

21.00 Departure of the train from the Museum of Salt -making to the entrance of Fontanigge.

This year, the European Heritage Days are dedicated to sustainable heritage. We can all contribute to conservation and sustainability. We therefore invite all visitors to bring their own cutlery and glass with them in order to reduce the use of disposable packaging.
