Conference and presentation of the EXPEDITION 2020 sailing project - of the lugger “Nerezinac”

You are kindly invited to the press conference and presentation of the EXPEDITION 2020 sailing project - of the lugger “Nerezinac” from Mali Lošinj to Sete in France, which will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2020 at 11.00 am, at the Info Center of the Maritime Museum “Sergej Mašera” Piran, Monfort (Obala, 8, Portorož).
The two-masted lugger “Nerezinac” was renovated last year as part of the Mala barka 2 project (Interreg Slovenia-Croatia) and is now moored in front of the Museum Apoxyomenos in Mali Lošinj, as an interpretation center. In July, the mixed Croatian-Slovenian crew will sail with it to the French Mediterranean coast and participate at the famous ESCALE A 'SETE 2020 Traditional Vessel Festival. The presentation will also feature an interesting footage of the vessel and its navigation.

-    Zrinka Ettinger Starčić, Director of the Lošinj Museum and Museum of Apoxyomenos 
-    Metka Bradetić, Director of the representative office of the Croatian Tourist Association in Slovenia
-    Irena Peršić Živadinov, Director of the Tourism Association Kvarnera (tbc)
-    Ferdinando Zorović, author of the project Loger „Nerezinac“
-    Members of the crew: Gilberto Fazlić (cpt), Steno Vidulić, Mladen Ščerbe and Mitja Zupančič 

 

The presentation will be followed by Adriatic snack prepared by the Chef Adrian Nikolić.
