Creating With Clay – Museum’s Creative Workshops During the Winter School Holidays
On Wednesday, the 21st of February 2024, the Maritime Museum ‟Sergej Mašera״ Piran organised two ceramic workshops for children and adults.
We looked at the objects from the temporary exhibition “Fragments of the Far East: East Asian Objects in the Mariners' Collections” which then inspired our creations in clay.
The participants, both children and adults, crafted wonderful, unique creations that are now being dried awaiting firing so that their authors can take them home.
