We were there
On Tuesday, 30 May 2023, the 54th national meeting of young history researchers on the subject of SPORTS THROUGH TIME took place at the Stožice Sports Centre in Ljubljana.
The event was attended by 130 students and their mentors from all over Slovenia, with members of the Commission for the Work of History interest group also joining the meeting.
Among them was Dr. Nadja Terčon, the museum councillor of the Maritime Museum Piran, who has actively participated in this programme for more than 20 years.
In the morning, a short presentation of research tasks and a tour of the Stožice Sports Centre were on the agenda, and the presentation of well-deserved awards was later in the afternoon.
