The culinary in the salt pans - "bigoli"
You are kindly invited to attend a culinary event on Saturday 20 June 2020 starting at 10.00 in the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park, in the Fontanigge area - Museum of Salt making.
As part of the project The culinary in the salt pans, we will prepare a presentation and demonstration of the preparation of "bigoli" – a kind of home made pasta.

The entrance to the area of the Museum of Salt making in the Sečovlje Salina Nature Park is located in the border area of the Sečovlje border crossing between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia. The Museum of Salt making can be reached on foot, by bicycle or by prior arrangement by transport.
Admission to the park is free.
Visitors are asked to observe all currently applicable security measures.
