Plesničar Stojan

Stojan Plesničar (Ajdovščina, 4 July 1910 – ? )

 

Nautical engineer and credit-commercialist. From  20 February 1932 to 1 May 1932 he was an official in the Slovenian School Society, and from 1 May 1932 to 30 September 1932 sailed on S/S Dunav, which was owned by Prekomorska plovidba Sušak. From 15 December 1932 to 15 September 1933 he completed his military service in Novi Sad. Then he worked in Ljubljana, thereupon in Niš as internal administration official. Upon his arrival in Ljubljana, he was a Liberation Front activist. From 2 June 1945 he worked as civil servant, while his last employer before SPTA was Narodna banka – centrala LRS, Ljubljana. He taught equipment of ships, navigation and Serbo-Croat language at SPTA and was a boarding school administrator. He lived in Piran.
