Logar Edvard

Edvard Logar (Litija,18 December 1913 – 29 August 1960).

He attended the Merchant Nautical School at Bakar. After completing his studies he sailed with a few merchant ships for a while, but was due to illness eventually transferred to another post. He was in German captivity, then joined the partisans in 1944. At first he was Deputy of the Commander of the Navy Detachment Koper, then its Commander.
