Upper part of the Lamboglia 2 type amphora with the DIO stamp, inv. no. 702

Dated to: second half of the 1st century BC to the 1st century AD
Dimensions: height 29 cm; mouth diameter 19 cm
Site: Seabed near the former shipyard in Piran (Fizine)
Reconstructed upper part of the amphora with two handles of the Lamboglia 2 type. The rim bears the DIO stamp (only the lower part of the third letter is visible).
