This original shipbuilding pair of compasses is made of wood and two metal tips. Both wooden legs in the axis are fixed with nut and screw. Shipbuilding masters used this tool for drawing and marking circles, measuring trunk diameters and smaller distances, and transferring measurements onto the wood.
