The ship’s figurehead of a sea nymph adorned a small boat from Piran in the 19th century or perhaps at the beginning of the 20th century. The small, slender, naked sea nymph with her arms crossed above her head is wrapped in drapery and an acanthus leaf, and the lower part ends with a volute.
