Open to the Sea

The publication Open to the Sea was published on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the "Maritime Museum" Sergej Mašera "Piran.

It includes articles on the creation, development and problems of the museum, permanent collections as well as temporary exhibitions, archaeological excavations, underwater research, field work, obtaining and preserving the museum and the library material, preparation, conservation and restoration of the museum objects, activities in the pedagogical field, taking part in international projects, participating at symposia in their own country as well as abroad, and much more.
